Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/829 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 419867.3, 872197, 950706, 256804.1, 369735.1 and 544392.1, Wellington Land Registry.
