PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described
in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares the road when stopped to

hereto held for a teacher’s residence.
