(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the area of stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 35, Block XIV, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1204, folio 298, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948, South Auckland Land Registry;

(e) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that the area of stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken secondly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known together as Section 35, Block XIV, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 946, folio 109, South Auckland Land Registry;

(f) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that the areas of stopped road fourthly to eighthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 29, 31, 32, 34 and 36, Block XIV, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, the area of stopped road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known together as Section 30, Block XIV, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10D/912, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and caveat H. 201067.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block II, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 23.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjoining land held for buildings of the general government under and by virtue of Proclamation S. 7849, South Auckland Land Registry.
