Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for Better Utilisation to be Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Whangarei

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of August 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 August 1986, No. 130, at page 3530, as amended by the notice dated the 13th day of March 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 March 1987, No. 35, at page 1236, by deleting from the Schedule the words “City of Manukau” and substituting the words “City of Whangarei”.
