Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 5

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 March 1987 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 5, Munns Bridge to Junction with State Highway 2 for its full width across the frontages of Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 17948 (certificates of title K4/260 and 261), Lot 2, D.P. 15079 (certificate of title G4/1159) and Lot 2, D.P. 1508 (certificate of title G4/1161), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan 30/46/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Napier and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 March 1987 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6, Brightwater to Wakefield section for half its width on the northern side from the point of junction of the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 5360 (certificate of title 4C/530) with the road and extending 10 metres eastwards across the frontage of Lot 2, D.P. 11885 (certificate of title 7B/734), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan 54/47/17 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 10) 1987

PURSUANT to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs, in accordance with the power delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. Short title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 10) 1987.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 11th day of May 1987.

2. Exchange rates—Where under any provisions of the Customs Act 1966 any amount which is required to be taken into account for the purpose of assessing duty or any other purpose is not an amount in New Zealand currency, the amount to be so taken into account shall be the equivalent in New Zealand currency of that amount ascertained in accordance with the rate of exchange set out in the Schedule to this notice.

3. Revocation—The Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 9) 1987, published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 57, dated 21 April 1987 on page 1776 is hereby revoked.
