in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 17
February 1940 and is more particularly delineated on
M.L. 7588 and being part of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 4B, folio 1410
(Gisborne Registry).

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori
freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common
use and benefit of the Peachey family.

All that piece of land situated in Block VI, Waiapu Survey District
and described as follows:

Area Being

217 Part Tikitiki A8 and being part of the land contained in
consolidation order of the Maori Land Court dated 8
November 1940 and is more particularly delineated on
M.L. 7754.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori
freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and church site
for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ringatu
Church and the Maori people of New Zealand and for a building
site for the use and benefit of Te Ohomauri Brown and his
descendants.

Declaring Land on the Southdown-Avondale Railway to be
Acquired for Railway Purposes

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation
hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired
for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MOUNT ROSKILL
BOROUGH
All that piece of land described as follows:

Area Being

1239 Part Lot 2, D.P. 92667, being part of the land comprised
and described in certificate of title No. 49B/398, marked
A on plan.

Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District and Block I,
Otahuhu Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L.O. 35321 (S.O. 61100), deposited in the office of the New Zealand
Railways Corporation at Wellington, and thereon marked as above
mentioned.
