in the Second Schedule hereto for the New Zealand Fire Service
Commission (staff housing) and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire
Service Commission on the 23rd day of April 1987.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that undivided one-half share of that estate in fee simple of
all that parcel of land containing 651 square metres, situated in the
City of Wellington, being Lot 40, D.P. 53881 and being all certificate
of title No. 30B/9, Wellington Land Registry, and that leasehold
estate (subject as aforesaid) created by lease 810695.3 for a term of
999 years commencing on 16 May 1986 in Flat 1, D.P. 59815 as
delineated on certificate of title No. 30B/9, Wellington Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

Sewerage drainage rights over the part herein marked ‘A’ on
S.O. Plan 53881 appurtenant to part Section 8, Kaiwharawhara

Survey District, Havelock North Borough and Hawke’s Bay
County
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the
Crown on the 23rd day of April 1987.

of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

is hereby acquired, subject to the grant of party wall rights contained
in transfer 44298, for Government office accommodation and shall
vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of April 1987.

Amendment to a Notice Authorising the Exchange of Part of a
Reserve for Other Land
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Commissioner of Crown
Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands
hereby amends an error in the notice authorising the exchange of
part of a reserve for other land dated 19 December 1986 and
published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 February 1987, No. 27,
page 645, by omitting from the said notice the First Schedule therein
and inserting in its place the First Schedule hereunder.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MANUKAU CITY
3045 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, L.T. 114450,
situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title

Revocation of Reservation
