boundaries of Lot 1, DP 74913, to and along the generally north-
ern and western boundaries of Lot 1 DP 88341, Block III,
Otahuhu Survey District, to and along the northern boundaries of
Lots 5 and 1, DP 96205 to and again along the line of mean of high
water of the Tamaki River, and south-easterly generally along
the boundaries of the Panmure Electoral District hereinbefore
described to the point of commencement.

OTARA

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of
the middle of the stream forming the north-western boundaries of
Lots 1 and 2, DP 42435 and part Lot 1, DP 38907, Block III,
Otahuhu Survey District, and the line of mean high water of the
Hauraki Gulf and proceeding south-easterly generally along that
line of mean high water, excluding an area coloured sepia as shown
on SO Plan 45032, 78 square metres (3.1 perches), to the western-
most corner of Allotment 341, Pakuranga Parish, Block IV,
Otahuhu Survey District; thence north-easterly and southerly
along the north-western and eastern boundaries of the said Allot-
ment, to and southerly along the line of mean high water afore-
said, and south-westerly along the left bank of the
Maungamaungaroa Creek to the easternmost corner of Lot 9, DP
112947, (Esplanade Reserve), Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District,
due east along a right line to the middle of the Maungamaungaroa
Creek, and continuing southerly up the middle of the said creek
and thence westerly generally along the middle of Caldwells Road
and Point View Drive to its intersection with the middle of Chapel
Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of Dawson Road to its
intersection with the middle of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway (SH 1); thence north-westerly
generally along the middle of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway to
its intersection with the middle of East Tamaki Road; thence
south-westerly along the middle of East Tamaki Road to a point in
line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 14, DP 50132; thence
north-westerly along a right line, to and along the last-mentioned
north-eastern boundary of that Lot 14, and the north-eastern
corner of Lot 10, DP 50132; thence northerly along the eastern
boundary of an area marked A as shown on SO Plan 55626, 6120
square metres, to and along the line of mean high water of the
Tamaki River, to and south-easterly generally along the left bank
of the Otara Creek crossing the mouth of a tributary of that creek,
forming the eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VII, Otahuhu Survey
District as shown on SO Plan 52297, to and again along the said
line of mean high water, crossing the intervening Ti Rakau Drive,
and including an area coloured sepia as shown on SO Plan 47572,
870 square metres, (34.4 perches) (now part Ti Rakau Drive), to
and again along the line of mean high water of the Pakuranga
Creek to its intersection with the middle of Cascades Road; thence
north-easterly generally, and along the boundary of the Pakuranga
Electoral District hereinbefore described to the point of
commencement.

MANGERE

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the middle of
Portage Road, being a point in line with the middle of the North
Island Main Trunk Railway, Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District
and proceeding southerly along a right line, to and generally along
the middle of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to its intersec-
tion with the middle of Massey Road; thence south-westerly gener-
ally along the south-western boundary of Lot 65, DP 21412, Block
X, Otahuhu Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right
line, to and along the last-mentioned boundary and that last-men-
tioned boundary produced to its intersection with the middle of
Courtenay Crescent; thence south-westerly along the middle of

Courtenay Crescent to a point in line with the south-western
boundary of Lot 107 DP 55382; thence south-easterly along a right
line, to and along the last-mentioned south-western boundary to
the southernmost corner of that Lot 107; thence north-easterly and
south-easterly along the north-western and north-eastern bounda-
ries of Lot 93 DP 55382 and that last-mentioned boundary pro-
duced to its intersection with the middle of Winthrop Way; thence
south-westerly generally along the middle of Henwood Road; to and along a
right line to and along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 5 DP
72896 to the southernmost corner of that Lot 5; thence north-
westerly along the south-western boundary of that Lot 5 to its
westernmost corner; thence south-westerly along the north-western
boundaries of part Lot 15 DP 72896 and Allotment 528
Manurewa Parish Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District to and along
the western boundary of that Allotment 528 to its southernmost
corner, due west along a right line to the right bank of the
Waokauri Creek; thence southerly generally and westerly generally
along the mean high water of the Waokauri Creek, to and northerly
generally and southerly generally along the line of the mean high
water of the Pukaki Creek (excluding Allotments 484, 483, 482,
481 and 480 Manurewa Parish); along a right line across Allotment
470, Manurewa Parish to and again along the line of mean high
water of the Pukaki Creek, and westerly generally along the
south-eastern boundary of Allotment 475 Manurewa Parish;
thence northerly along a right line 4°00'00" approximately to the
southern boundary of Allotment 494 Manurewa Parish, being the
line of mean high water of the Manukau Harbour; thence north-
westerly and north-easterly generally along that line of mean high
water, including all that land as shown on SO Plan 39227 (Oxida-
tion Ponds) and Puketu Island, to and along the western and
southern boundaries of an area, 161 square metres (6.4 perches) as
shown on SO Plan 44513, to and again along the line of mean high
water aforesaid, to and along the western and northern boundaries
of an area, 521 square metres (20.6 perches) as shown on SO Plan
42353, to and again along the line of mean high water aforesaid to
its intersection with the northernmost
corner of Allotment 68, Village of Mangere, and along a right line
to the south-western corner of part Section 1 Block V, Otahuhu
Survey District, and along the generally western and northern
boundaries of Section 31, Block V, Otahuhu Survey District to its
intersection with the generally eastern boundary of that area
marked A aforesaid; thence southerly generally along the last-men-
tioned eastern boundary, to and along the line of mean high water
of the Manukau Harbour, to and south-easterly and north-easterly
generally along that line of mean high water of the Manukau Harbour
crossing the intervening Mahunga Road, to its intersection with
the line of mean high water of the Manukau Harbour; thence
north-easterly generally along that line of mean high water of
Manukau Harbour to and south-westerly, easterly and northerly
generally along that line of mean high water of that Manukau Harbour
to and along the south-western, north-western and north-eastern
boundaries of Lot 1, DP 64826 and the generally north-western
boundaries of Lot 1 DP 93566, to and again along the line of mean
high water aforesaid to a point 20 metres approximately south-
west of the north-western boundary of lot 1 DP 51059; along a
right line bearing 51°00'00" (approx.) for a distance of 245 metres
(approx.) to the western boundary of part Fairburn’s Old Land
Claim 269A, 6.2210 hectares (15a,1r,19.6p) Block VI, Otahuhu
Survey District being the line of mean high water of the Manukau
Harbour; thence northerly and easterly along that line of mean
high water aforesaid to and along a right line bearing 353°03'45"
distance 88.51 metres (440 links scaled) as shown on SO Plan
40219, to and again along the line of mean high water aforesaid to
a point in line with the middle of Portage Road; thence north-east-
erly along a right line to and along the middle of that road to the
point of commencement and including Wiroa Island and other
adjacent islands.

PAPATOETOE

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of
the middle of Great South Road and the line of mean high water of
the left bank of the Tamaki River, Block VI, Otahuhu Survey
District and proceeding north-westerly and south-westerly gener-
ally along the boundaries of the Panmure Electoral District herein-
before described, to and south-westerly generally along the
boundaries of the Mangere Electoral District hereinbefore
described to the southernmost corner of Allotment 528, Manurewa
Parish, Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District; thence due east along a
right line, to the left bank of the Waokauri Creek, (Manukau Har-
bour); thence southerly and easterly generally along the line of
mean high water of the aforesaid creek to the south-western corner
of an area marked R, as shown on SO Plan 59362, 24 square
