the middle of Ti Rakau Drive with the line of mean high water of
the right bank of the Pakuranga Creek, Block VII, Otahuhu Survey
District and proceeding north-easterly generally along the line of
mean high water of that Pakuranga Creek, to and along the western
boundary of the middle of Cascades Road, Block III, Otahuhu Survey
District; thence easterly along the middle of Cascades Road to its
intersection with the middle of Bradbury Road; thence north-east-
erly along the middle of Bradbury Road to a point in line with the
south-western boundary of Lot 11 DP 48518; thence north-west-
erly along a right line, to and along the last-mentioned south-
western boundary to the westernmost corner of that Lot 11, 10,
9, 8 and 7, DP 48518 and that last-mentioned boundary produced
crossing Gwenad Place, to and along the north-western boundaries
