XIV, Otahuhu Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along a right line, to and down the middle of the Papakura Stream as shown on DP 10145, crossing the intervening North Island Main Trunk Railway and that middle line produced to its intersection with the middle of Great South Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of Great South Road to its intersection with the middle of Mahia Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of Mahia Road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 98, DP 74421; thence south-easterly along a right line, to and along the south-western boundaries of the said Lots 98 and 97, 96, 95, 94 and 221, (Esplanade Reserve) DP 74422 to the right bank of the Waimahia Creek (Manukau Harbour); thence south-westerly generally along the line of mean high water of the Waimahia Creek, to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 1, DP 66688, Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, to and again along the said line of mean high water, to and along the generally eastern boundaries of Lot 1, DP 79266, to and again along the said line of mean high water, to and northerly generally along the line of mean high water of the Manukau Harbour, to and along the line of mean high water of the Otaimako Creek (Manukau Harbour), to the easternmost corner of Allotment 470, Manurewa Parish, Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, along a series of right lines, bearing 252°11'30" distance 343.35 metres, bearing 34°00' distance 29.59 metres, bearing 326°03' distance 34.60 metres, bearing 339°00' distance 38.22 metres, bearing 74°02' distance 23.48 metres, bearing 71°37'30" distance 327.14 metres as shown on SO Plan 49515, to and north-easterly generally along the line of mean high water of the Pukaki Creek and the Waokauri Creek (Manukau Harbour) to the westernmost corner of an area marked P as shown on SO Plan 59362, 645 square metres; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of an area marked S as shown on SO Plan 59362, 24 square metres and an area marked R as shown on SO Plan 59362, 24 square metres to the point of commencement.

PAPAKURA
