Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Arai-te-uru Recreation Reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Golden Bay County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Golden Bay County Council and revokes the reservation as a resting place for travelling stock reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and declares such land to become Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares the said Reserve to form part of the Papu Springs Scenic Reserve.
