Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (playcentre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
