PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of October 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 October 1986, No. 168 at page 4463, declaring land held for buildings of the general Government to be Crown land in Blocks III and IV, Drury Survey District by:

(1) Deleting from the heading reference to “Rodney Council” and substituting “Franklin County”.

(2) Deleting from the description of the land secondly described reference to “Plan 45339” and substituting “Plan S.O. 45229”.

(3) Deleting from the area seventhly described the figures and symbols “(5050m²)” and substituting “(5850)”.
