Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for the Generation of
Electricity to be Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the
Borough of Cromwell

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
29th day of January 1987 published in the New Zealand Gazette,
4 February 1987, No. 15, page 638, No. 673434, declaring land to
be held for the generation of electricity to be set apart for State
housing purposes in the Borough of Cromwell, by omitting reference
to “D.P. 19332” in the legal description of the land and substituting
“D.P. 19322”.
