Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of March 1987, becoming road, limited access road and State highway.

Partially Revoking a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block XVI, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby partially revokes the notice dated the 10th day of October 1984, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 October 1984, No. 188, at page 4515, declaring stopped road to be disposed of in Block XVI, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County, pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the notice the following words: “and declares the stopped road secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Iwingaro Kepa Rata, f.a. of Otaika and, when so vested, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17B/787, North Auckland Land Registry, subject to all encumbrances and interests noted thereon.”

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XI, Pakaumanu Survey District, Waitomo District.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the said stopped road now known as Section 18, Block XI, Pakaumanu Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28C/884, South Auckland Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 433889.2, H. 445996.1 and H. 445996.3, South Auckland Land Registry.
