Land Acquired for Road and in Connection with a Road in Block IV, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of March 1987.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 3950.7 square metres (3 roods 36.2 perches), situated in Block IV, Waoku Survey District, being part Taheke No. 8 Block (formerly Whataipu A4), as shown coloured blue on S.O. Plan 46034, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 877.7 square metres (34.7 perches), situated in Block IV, Waoku Survey District, being part Taheke No. 8 Block (formerly Whataipu A4); as shown coloured blue, edged red on S.O. Plan 46034, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
