Road to be Stopped in Block II, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 116 declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117 declares the said stopped road now known as Section 14, Block II, Orahiri Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1287, Folio 48, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948, South Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block XVI, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Hori Hemi Te Waihaha Pou of Whangarei, retired and Iwangaroa Sylvia Courteney of Howick, married woman and Selwyn George Norris of Whangarei, company director as executors, and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17B/787, North Auckland Land Registry, subject to all encumbrances and interests noted thereon.
