Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, Thames - Coromandel District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Thames - Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the said stopped road now known as Section 55, Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22D/663, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and the fencing covenant contained in transfer S. 615723, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Declared to be a Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 2) and Road Stopped in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to sections 114 and 153, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be a limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and

(i) That the area firstly described now known as Section 42, Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36D/773, subject to Gazette notice H. 477228, South Auckland Land Registry.
