ORDER
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Agricultural Pests (Pest of Local Importance) Order 1987.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
- Pest of local importance declared—The opossum, the hare and the wallaby are hereby declared to be pests of local importance in respect of the McKenzie Basin Pest Destruction District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 43 (4) of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, the Auckland Regional Authority is entitled to exercise all the powers, authorities, and discretions vested in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960.
And whereas the said Auckland Regional Authority has petitioned His Excellency the Governor-General that a certain area of Waitamata City shall be included within the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District, as described in the Schedule attached hereto.
Now therefore, pursuant to section 8 of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District Order No. 1, 1987.
(2) The order shall come into force on 1 April 1987.

Boundary altered—The boundary of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District is hereby altered so as to include the portion of Waitamata City described in the Schedule hereto attached.

Determination of financial obligations—The financial obligations and assessments under the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District Act 1960 of the Waitamata City Council with respect to the land described in the Schedule to this order shall be determined on and from 1 April 1987.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Waitamata, in Block XIV, Waitamata Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 26118 (contained in certificate of title 1116/5) and the boundary of the inner drainage area described by New Zealand Statutes, 1960, page 843, thence northerly generally along the boundary of the inner drainage area aforesaid for a distance of 27.3 metres across part Lot 2, D.P. 26118 to a point in Lot 1, D.P. 26118; thence westerly along a line parallel to and being 3.5 metres distant from the north-western boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 26118 for a distance of 42.8 metres; thence southerly by a right line, bearing 146° 42' for a distance of 25.5 metres to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 26118, thence north-easterly along the aforesaid boundary to the point of commencement.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in the Marlborough Harbour Board

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in The Marlborough Harbour Board the land described in the Schedule below, such land to be vested as a local purpose reserve for public use.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land situated in the Arapawa Survey District of the Marlborough Land District containing 2420 square metres, more or less, as shown on plan M.D. 16433 (S.O. 6474T), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

Validation of Reclamation of Land at Oyster Bay, Port Underwood

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby validates the reclamation by the Marlborough Harbour Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
The Oyster Bay and Port Underwood Reclamation Order 1984* is hereby revoked. The Order in Council validating a reclamation of 250 square metres in Oyster Bay† is also hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that reclaimed seabed of Oyster Bay, Port Underwood, comprising 2420 square metres, more or less, as shown labelled “A” on plan M.D. 16433 (S.O. 6474T), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
