State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Ruahine State Forest Park—Wellington Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—RANGITIKEI COUNTY
5305 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 54023, Block V, Ruahine Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 26B, folio 720.
2730 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 54023, Block V, Ruahine Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 26B, folio 719. All New Zealand Gazette, 1985, page 1956.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of January 1987.

Declaration that State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of Coromandel State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 2nd day of February 1986
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
PURSUANT to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of the Coromandel State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 5th day of August 1977 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 11 August 1977, page 2186, hereby ceases to be part of Coromandel State Forest Park, as from the date of publication hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES-COROMANDEL DISTRICT
2.1936 hectares, more or less, being Section 128, situated in Block II, Otama Survey District. (S.O. Plan 55995). Part New Zealand Gazette, 1925, page 719 and part New Zealand Gazette, 1977, page 2186.
