Pursuant to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O r d e r

1. Title and commencement—This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Manawatu Regional Planning Scheme: Section One) Order 1987.

2. Section 1 of the Manawatu Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section 1 of the Manawatu Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Manawatu United Council in 1986, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference MAN 18, is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of section 1 of the Manawatu Regional Planning Scheme—The Manawatu Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this Order shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1988.

Pursuant to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O r d e r

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Taranaki Regional Planning Scheme: Section One) Order 1987.

2. Section one of the Taranaki Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section one of the Taranaki Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Taranaki United Council in 1985, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference No. TAR 9, is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of section one of the Taranaki Regional Planning Scheme—The Taranaki Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this Order shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1988.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in the City of Upper Hutt

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the publication of this proclamation in the Gazette.

All that piece of land containing 180 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, being part Section 110, Hutt District: as shown marked “O” on S.O. Plan 33345, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 5th day of December 1987.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road to be Stopped in Block XV, Wairoa Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and declares that:
(i) The area marked ‘A’ on the plan is vested in the Crown, and shall, pursuant to section 11 (1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953, form part of State Highway 96.
(ii) The area marked ‘D’ on the plan is vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B4/970.
