Road Realignment in the County of Southland

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘E’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 181, folio 260.

(ii) The area marked ‘F’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B3/1494.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘D’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 181, folio 260.

(ii) The area marked ‘C’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B3/1494.

Road Realignment in the County of Southland

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘F’ on S.O. Plan 10624 shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P. F. 636 recorded in Register Book No. 5D/518.

(ii) The area marked ‘G’ on S.O. Plan 10626 shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P. F. 404 recorded in Register Book No. 2A/1370.

(iii) The area marked ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 10626 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 91.

(iv) The area marked ‘F’ on S.O. Plan 10627 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 59, folio 222.

(v) The area marked ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 10629 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 59, folio 220.

(vi) The area marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 10632 shall be incorporated in Crown lease No. P/8 recorded in Register Book, Volume 193, folio 239.

(vii) The area marked ‘E’ on S.O. Plan 10629 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B3/195.

(viii) The areas marked ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 10630; ‘H’, ‘I’ and ‘K’ on S.O. Plan 10631; ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 10632 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 174, folio 126.

(ix) The area marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 10630 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7C/58.

(x) The area marked ‘G’ on S.O. Plan 10630 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificates of title No. 7C/838, 7C/839 and 7C/840.

(xi) The areas marked ‘J’ and ‘L’ on S.O. Plan 10631 shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘E’ on S.O. Plan 10624 shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P. F. 636 recorded in Register Book No. 5D/518.

(ii) The area marked ‘I’ on S.O. Plan 10626 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 91.
