The Traffic (Papakura City and Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1987
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, to I. Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Papakura City and Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Papakura City and Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1985, signed the 15th day of March 1985*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Papakura City, and Manukau City adjacent to Papakura City, at Red Hill:
Boundary Road: from a point 400 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from Opaheke Road to Hunua Road.
Clevedon Road: from the eastern boundary of Papakura City to a point 480 metres measured easterly, generally, along Clevedon Road to the said boundary.
Croskey Road.
Dominion Road: from a point 300 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Settlement Road to Hunua Road.
Hunua Road: from a point 420 metres measured southerly, generally, along Hunua Road from Settlement Road to the eastern boundary of Papakura City.
Red Hill Road: from Gibbs Crescent to Settlement Road.
Settlement Road: from a point 300 metres measured easterly, generally, along Settlement Road from Dominion Road to Red Hill Road.
Second Schedule
Situated within Papakura City, and Manukau City adjacent to Papakura City, at Red Hill:
Clevedon Road: from the eastern boundary of Papakura City to a point 480 metres measured easterly, generally, along Clevedon Road from the said boundary.
Dominion Road: from a point 300 metres measured southerly, generally, along Dominion Road from Settlement Road to a point 1160 metres measured easterly, generally, along Settlement Road from Redcrest Avenue.
Hunua Road: from a point 420 metres measured southerly, generally, along Hunua Road from Settlement Road to the eastern boundary of Papakura City.
Settlement Road: from a point 300 metres measured easterly, generally, along Settlement Road from Dominion Road to a point 1160 metres measured easterly, generally, along Settlement Road from Redcrest Avenue.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 16th day of November 1971, to be road, and to be vested in The Taumarunui County Council.
