The Traffic (Otatara County) Notice No. 1, 1987
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Mauriece Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Otatara County) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The area and roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Otatara County) Notice No. 1, 1984, signed the 27th day of February 1984*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Otamatea County at Mangawhai:
Insley Street.
Kainui Road.
Leslie Street.
Moir Street: from a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said street from Leslie Street to its north eastern end.
Pearson Road.
Situated within Otamatea County at Mangawhai Heads:
All that area at Mangawhai Heads bounded by a line commencing in the Pacific Ocean 500 metres north of Sentinel Rock, thence due west to a point due north of the northern end of Molesworth Drive, thence due south to the northern side of Mangawhai Heads Street, thence southerly generally across Mangawhai Heads Street to the eastern side of Molesworth Road, thence southerly generally along the said side of Molesworth Road to Moir Point Road, thence southerly generally along the eastern side of Moir Point Road to Devon Street, thence due south to the Mangawhai Harbour, thence northerly and easterly, generally, along the said Harbour and Pacific Ocean to the commencing point.

Moir Street: from a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said street from Leslie Street to a point 100 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said street from Tara Road.
