Pursuant to section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Secretary for Local Government gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Howick Borough Boundary Definition Notice 1987.

2. The boundaries of Howick Borough are hereby defined as set out in the Schedule hereto, those boundaries having been altered by Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 November 1985, No. 215, page 5001 and which came into force on 1 January 1986.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Howick, containing 636 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing on the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 67680 (now part Pakuranga Road), Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, at a point in line with the western boundary of Allotment 67, Section 1, Small Farms near Howick, as shown on S.O.
