Transfer of Unformed Legal Road to the Crown
Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Director-General of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Westland County Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land
