Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve, over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Ashburton County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Canterbury Land District—Ashburton County

118 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 40797, situated in Block VII, Spaxton Survey District. Part certificate of title 251/80. Local purpose (road) reserve.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 the Director of Land and Fauna acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation hereby revokes the notice revoking the reservation over a reserve dated the 30th day of August 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 September 1987, No. 152, page 4237.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna hereby revokes and reservation as a telegraph reserve over land, described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Wanaka Plantation Reserve, described in Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hobson County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Director of Recreation, Tourism and Historic Resources of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the Hobson County Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve as a recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Otago Playcentre Association to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager hereby revokes the appointment of the Otago and Southland Playcentre Association to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Otago Playcentre Association to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.
