Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of July 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 July 1987, No. 111, at page 3328, registration No. 683694 (Otago Land Registry), declaring land held for recreation reserve set apart for the generation of electricity in Block IV, Cromwell Survey District, Vincent County, by adding after the words “the generation of electricity” the following “subject to mining licence registration No. 592478 (Otago Land Registry)”.
