Declaring Leasehold Interest in Land to be Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Mackenzie County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and in the air space described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from the Crown by Irishman Creek Station Ltd. by virtue of pastoral lease P. 14 recorded in register book, Volume 529, folio 19, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 3rd day of December 1987.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Block VIII, Tairua Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 29th day of May 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 June 1987, No. 86, page 2547, declaring land to be acquired for road by amending the Schedule thereto by omitting the words “S.O. Plan 53971” and substituting “S.O. Plan 53791”.
