(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped; and

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares:

(i) That the area of stopped road firstly described in the said Second Schedule, now known as Section 2, S.O. Plan 51130, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/234, subject to statutory land charge H. 144687 and H. 665051.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) That the area of stopped road secondly described in the said Second Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 51130, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23C/34, subject to statutory land charge H. 144687 and mortgage H. 665051.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land and a Right of Way Easement Over Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975 in Block X, Hunua Survey District, Tauramanui County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, the right of way easement described in the Second Schedule hereto (being appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto) is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975 over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and further declares that the said land and easement described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission on the 3rd day of December 1987.
