Sale of Nelson Harbour Board Land

I, William Patrick Jeffries, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (ii) of the Act the sale of the land described in the Schedule by the Nelson Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 17.65 hectares (17.65 ha), more or less, situated in Block V, Wakapuaka Survey District, being part of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 7530 and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 3B, folio 954 (Nelson Registry), and as more particularly shown coloured pink on plan M.D. 16471, deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Stopped Government Road Set Apart for Limited Access Road in Block IX, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to sections 52 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road, and which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No 1.
