Survey Board of New Zealand

Pursuant to section 56 of the Survey Act 1986, notice is hereby given that consequent upon hearing an appeal under section 28 of the said Act by Thomas Aylmer Kenny of Auckland, registered surveyor, the Survey Board of New Zealand on 29 September 1987 made an order confirming the decision of the Council of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors, made at an inquiry held by the council on 23 October 1986, imposing a fine of $500 under rule 40 (b) of the Rules of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors.

Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Declaring Land to be a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Mangonui County Council on the 7th day of September 1987:

"Pursuant to a resolution passed on the 9th day of December 1986, the Mangonui County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve."

Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Mangonui County

432 square metres, more or less, being Section 39, Block VII, Takahue Survey District. All certificate of title 69A/41. S.O. 57274.
