Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to 086853.1 electricity agreement under section 50, Electricity Act 1968 by The North Auckland Electric Power Board, and a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Third Schedule hereto, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, are hereby acquired for a state primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 5th day of November 1987.
