The Turakina Cemetery Closure Notice 1987

PURSUANT to section 41 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964,
the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

I, David Francis Caygill, Minister of Health, being satisfied that
burials in the Turakina Cemetery (being the land described in the
Schedule to this notice), should be wholly discontinued, hereby direct
that the Turakina Cemetery shall be closed and burials therein dis-
continued from 1 May 1988.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 4.4979 hectares, more or less,
being parts Section 32, Turakina District, situated in Block XV,
Ikitara Survey District, and being the land comprised and described
in certificate of title 342/150 (Wellington Registry).
