Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of an urupa known as Huanui Cemetery for the common use and benefit of members and their descendants of the hapu of Te Orewai and Ngatihine.

Waiariki Polytechnic Notice 1984, Amendment Notice 1987
- PURSUANT to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
NOTICE
(1) This notice may be cited as the Waiariki Polytechnic Notice 1984, Amendment Notice 1987 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Waiariki Community College Notice 1984* (in this notice called the principal notice), and the Waiariki Community College change of name to Waiariki Polytechnic Notice†.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- Clause 3 of the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking paragraph (q) and substituting the following paragraph:
(q) Two members who shall represent the staff of the Waiariki Community College; one shall be a permanent (or permanent part-time) tutor employed by the Council, and shall be elected by permanent (or permanent part-time) tutors employed by the Council, and one shall be a permanent (or permanent part-time) allied staff member employed by the Council, and shall be elected by permanent (or permanent part-time) allied staff employed by the Council;

Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand: Designation of Administrative Local Authority for Community Arts Council
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974 as subsequently amended under section 3 in 1977, I hereby designate the Amuri County Council to be the administrative local authority for the Amuri Community Arts Council.
