PURSUANT to section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974, the
Secretary for Local Government gives the following notice:

### NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Dannevirke District Boundary
Definition Notice 1987.

2. The boundary of Dannevirke District is hereby defined as set
out in the Schedule attached hereto, that boundary having been
created by the Dannevirke Borough - Dannevirke County Union
Order 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 March 1987,
No. 29, page 1018, and which came into force on 28 April 1987.
