Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block I, Centre Hill Survey District and Block XIII, Taringatura Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘B’ on the plan shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(ii) The area marked ‘G’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7A/967.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for sanitary works and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the 24th day of September 1987.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert Thomas Jones of Tongaporutu, farmer and Heather Agnes Jones, his wife, under and by virtue of lease No. 23D/449, South Auckland Registry, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of September 1987.
