Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct (Notice No. 4195; 6/15/9/5)
PURSUANT to section 19A of the Animals Protection Act and on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I hereby approve the adoption by Waikato Hospital Board of the approved code of ethical conduct of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.

Fixing Rates of the Berryfruit Levy (Notice No. 4201; Ag. 4/54/8)
- Pursuant to regulations 18(2) and 18 (3) of the Berryfruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1983, having regard to the recommendations of the Berryfruit Marketing Licensing Authority, I hereby fix:
(a) Rates of 6 cents per kilogram (excluding GST) for boysenberries sold for export or processing, 2 cents per kilogram (excluding GST) for all blackcurrants sold for export or processing, 20 cents per kilogram (excluding GST) for all blueberries sold for fresh export and 4 cents per kilogram (excluding GST) for all blueberries sold for processing at which the berryfruit levy is to be paid in the year ending on the 30th day of September 1988;
(b) The manner of payment and collection of such levy shall be by deduction by exporters, processors, co-operatives or dealers from payments at the point of first sale of the boysenberries or blackcurrants or blueberries being levied, and forwarding to:

Berryfruit Marketing Licensing Authority,
P.O. Box 10-050,
Wellington.
It is the intention of the Berryfruit Marketing Licensing Authority to spend the money yielded from each levy in part on administration, with the balance to be used on: promotion, market development and research for the boysenberry industry; research for the blackcurrant industry; and promotion and research for the blueberry industry.
- Pursuant to section 4 of the Berryfruit Levy Act 1967, having regard to the recommendations of the New Zealand Berryfruit Growers' Federation (Inc.), I hereby fix the rates of annual levy to be paid by berryfruit growers in respect of their gardens, to the Federation:
