Declaring a Sewage Easement in Gross Acquired for an Area School in Block 1, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between Frank Robert Carman and Joyce Gwendolen Carman as registered proprietors and the Crown dated the 11th day of November 1983 and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland having been entered into, a sewage easement in gross, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement is hereby acquired for an area school and shall vest in the Crown on the 17th day of September 1987.

Land and a Right of Way Easement Acquired, Subject to Certain Rights, for Sewerage Works in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the effluent drainage easement created by transfer No. B. 173651.2, North Auckland Land Registry, for sewerage works and shall vest in The Otamatea County Council, and a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in The Otamatea County Council the rights contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired for sewerage works on the 17th day of September 1987.

As shown marked as above mentioned on the plans lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Wellington City Council on the 16th day of July 1986.

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and that the said reserve shall be known as Edward Wilson Park.”
