PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of administrative offices and vested in the Crown on the 17th day of September 1987.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, to section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and to the easements for hauling timber created by transfer 17901, for a quarry and shall vest in the Crown on the 17th day of September 1987.

Land and a Right of Way Easement Acquired, Subject to Certain Restrictions, for the Auckland Centennial Memorial Park in the City of Waitemata

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the restrictions contained in the Third Schedule hereto, for the Auckland Centennial Memorial Park and shall vest in The Auckland Regional Authority, and a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule, vesting in The Auckland Regional Authority the rights contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired for the Auckland Centennial Memorial Park on the 17th day of September 1987.

THIRD SCHEDULE

Restrictions to Acquisition

1. The Auckland Regional Authority shall meet the cost of maintaining and repairing the carriageway over the land in the Second Schedule hereto appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule hereto.

2. The Auckland Regional Authority shall not allow, permit or suffer any tree, bush, shrub or building to encroach upon a horizontal plane over all the land described in the First Schedule hereto at a height of 2 metres from the base of the Marine Beacon situated on that part of Allotment S.W. 82, Karangahape Parish shown on S.O. Plan 59488, not marked “A” or “B”.
