Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 23rd day of June 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 July 1987, No. 101, on page 3037, declaring land acquired for stream improvement and stream improvement purposes in the City of Whangarei pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 by deleting from the legal description of the land fourthly described in the First Schedule the D.P. No. “4046” and substituting the D.P. No. “42578”.
