Land Acquired for Sanitary Works (Sewage Pumping Station) in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for sanitary works (sewage pumping station) and shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council on the 10th day of September 1987.
