Land Acquired. Subject to Certain Rights, for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in the Borough of Huntly

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to rights of entry and mining rights created by conveyance 2881F (F2/786) and conveyance 250026 (R262/490), and to Gazette notice H. 116306, South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of September 1987.

All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Huntly described as follows:

622 Lot 18, D.P. 23455 and being part Allotment 17, Parish of Taupiri, excepting all mines and minerals from the said land excepted and reserved by conveyances 2881F (F2/786) and 250026 (R262/490). All certificate of title No. 148/1109.
1055 Lot 19, D.P. 23455 and being part Allotment 17, Parish of Taupiri, excepting all mines and minerals in and under the said land as accepted by conveyances 2881F (F2/786) and 250026 (R262/490). Residue certificate of title No. 3B/838.
