Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Lower Hutt City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (road) reserve, and vests the said reserve in the Lower Hutt City Council in trust for that purpose.
