PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to drain sewage easement (in gross) over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a State primary school vesting in the Crown the rights set out in the fourth and fifth paragraphs of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 on the 4th day of February 1987.

Amending A Notice Transferring Unformed Legal Road in Block XIV, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of July 1981, published in New Zealand Gazette, 23 July 1981, No. 89, page 2041, transferring unformed legal road to the Crown by the Waimea County Council, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:

ALL that piece of land containing 1.6185 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road adjoining or passing through Sections 120, 121, 123 and 124, Block XIV, Motueka Survey District and Section 93, Square 3, Block XIV, Motueka Survey District, as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 13901, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Dunedin City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Dunedin City Council and revokes the reservation as a public utility reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares the land to be Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
