Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Kopuaranga Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 87, folio 125, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 97, folio 153, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5D/1054, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 621719.6, 242785.4 and 410525.1, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28B/347, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Hospitals Act 1957 in the City of New Plymouth

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Hospitals Act 1957 and vested in The Taranaki Hospital Board on the 27th day of August 1987.
