Land Acquired for Road in Block X, Hukerenui Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of August 1987.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road in Westland County

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road, and that both pieces of land shall remain vested in the Crown.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 15 square metres, situated in Block VII, Okuru Survey District, being Crown land; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 11087, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken for Road in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of March 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 March 1981, No. 29 at page 714, declaring land taken for road by omitting the following:

“Declaring Land Taken for Road in the City of Wellington
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in The Wellington City Council, from and after the 19th day of March 1981.”

and substituting the following:

“Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of Road in the City of Wellington
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of road, and shall vest in The Wellington City Council, from and after the 19th day of March 1981.”

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block XIII, Patriarch Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of May 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 May 1987, No. 74, at page 2245 declaring road to be stopped and vested by omitting the preamble and substituting the following preamble:

“PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), the road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4A/839, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 73143, 76356, 84590.1, 96639.1, and 124086.1, Marlborough Land Registry.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4A/838, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 73143, 76356, 84590.1, 96639.1, and 124086.1, Marlborough Land Registry.”

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4B/704, subject to land improvement agreement No. 120729, Marlborough Land Registry.”
