Land Acquired for Drainage Works in Block XVI, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for drainage works and shall vest in The Bay of Islands County Council on the 20th day of August 1987.
