Authorisation of Exchange of Reserve Land Post Office Bank Bonus—Weekly Prize Draw No. 3


Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—One Tree Hill Borough

872 square metres, more or less, being Lot 25, D.P. 19321, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 422/131.

SECOND SCHEDULE

809 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, Land Transfer Plan 112656, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 18C/558.

Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation for the Nelson/Marlborough Region hereby declares that the private land, described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected private land for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

Declaring Land to be Acquired for Railway Purposes at Kakahi

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Reduction of Number of Elected Members to the Alexandra Pest Destruction Board (Notice No. 4158)

That pursuant to section 32 (3) (a) of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Alexandra Pest Destruction Board reduce the number of elective members from seven to six by the following resolution made on 15 February 1987:

“That pursuant to section 32 (3) (a) of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Alexandra Pest Destruction Board vary its present number of elective members by reducing the number from seven members to six members, such reduction not to take effect until the next general election of members of the board, except to such an extent as may be necessary for providing for the holding of that election.”

CARRIED.

And under section 32 (4) of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967 forward forthwith these regulations to you to arrange with your ministry to have this gazetted.
