Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Held for Motorway and Better Utilisation to be Acquired for an Accessway in the Borough of Onehunga

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 11th day of June 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 June 1987, No. 90, at page 2650, declaring land held for motorway and better utilisation to be acquired for an accessway in the Borough of Onehunga, pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description in the Schedule the figure “782” and substituting the figure “781”.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road and Road Stopped in the County of Waitotara

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of December 1986, and published in the Gazette of 11 December 1986, No. 199, at page 5310, acquiring land for road and road stopped in the County of Waitotara, by deleting (b) and the Third Schedule thereto and substituting the following (b) and the Third and Fourth Schedules.

(b) Pursuant to Sections 116, and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) Pursuant to section 120, the area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20D/618, subject to memoranda of mortgages 355658.3 and 355658.4 and statutory land charge 723372.1.

(ii) Pursuant to section 120, the area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 446, folio 16, subject to memoranda of mortgages 355658.3 and 355658.4 and statutory land charge 723372.1.

THIRD SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

Road Stopped and Amalgamated

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated in Block II Clyde Survey District, Wairoa District

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the parts of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas first and fourthly described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A4/210, subject to mortgage 143279.

(ii) The areas second and thirdly described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A4/201, subject to mortgage 143279.

Land Acquired for a Highways Depot Site in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a highways depot site and shall vest in the Crown on the 20th day of August 1987.
